All fans, including infants, must have a ticket for admission. Texas A&M students holding a student ticket must have a valid Texas A&M student I.D. card for admission. Student guests must have a guest sticker affixed to their ticket for admission. Those can be purchased (on gamedays) at all stadium ticket booths.
We strive to deliver the best experience possible each time you attend Kyle Field. To assist us on gameday, text 844-724-1212 during the game to report issues and/or concerns that might arise in a convenient way.
Animals are not permitted in Kyle Field, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. Please be sure to check with the stadium before bringing any service animal to the game. Public Address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through University Police at (979) 845-2345.
ATMs can be found in the following locations:
- N, NW, NE, SW, SE Level 7
- W Level 4
- S, N, NE Level 2
The nearest ATMs outside of the stadium are located just across the street in the Memorial Student Center and in the foyer of the Koldus Building.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms, men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the stadium. Family restrooms are located:
- North Side: Sec 116, 118, ZC2, ZC23, 412, 421
- East Side: Sec 121, 126, 129, 235, 333
- South Side: Sec 134, 241, 246, 342
- West Side: FB13, AC11, 311, 408
The Southeastern Conference and Texas A&M have adopted a clear bag policy for all its athletic venues. Bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into the stadium. Visit 12thMan.com/BeClear for dimensions and details.
No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into Kyle Field.
Bicycles are not permitted to be locked on to any gates surrounding Kyle Field. Bicycle parking is available at the Memorial Student Center.
Cameras are permitted in Kyle Field for both fans and working news media. All photos taken in Kyle Field must be for editorial or personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of Texas A&M.
Code of Conduct
In the spirit of sportsmanship, Texas A&M and SEC fans shall:
Conduct themselves in a manner that represents Texas A&M, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect.
Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times.
Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning or intimidating language at any time.
Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner.
Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy & respect at all times.
Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning.
Refrain from entering the playing field at any times, including after the game.
Not become inebriated or belligerent.
Be a positive role model for those around them by treating others with courtesy and respect.
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the stadium or arrested by police. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.

Kyle Field is exempt from recent concealed carry state legislation. Firearms are not allowed at Kyle Field on gameday.
Texas A&M Athletics’ official concessionaire is Levy Restaurants. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium. Credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands in the stadium. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Kyle Field (see the water section below for exceptions).

The proper disabled parking identification issued by state motor vehicle departments is required to utilize disable parking spaces. The registered owner must be in the vehicle. Constables will be checking identification.
Parking for persons with disabilities is available for a fee in University Center Garage or Lot 88. A shuttle will be provided from Lot 88 to the north side of Kyle Field beginning 3 hours prior to kickoff and ending 1 1/2 hours post game. Additional disabled parking is available on a space available basis in each of the paid public parking areas. All veterans with disabilities, whose vehicles display the special license plates issued by the Texas Department of Transportation are exempt from the payment of fees in University Center Garage only on the day of home football games.
Paratransit service is available from Lot 88 ($20 parking fee), next to the General Services Complex, to north side of Kyle Field 3 hours prior to kickoff and for 1 1/2 hours after the game.

Elevators are located around the stadium for fans’ convenience. You do not need a pass to use the elevators at Kyle Field, but as a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium. Restrictions apply, however, to certain elevators:

There are escalators that provide access from ground level to the upper levels in the NW Tower and the NE Tower.
Escalators are located in premium areas on the North and West Sides of the stadium. Fans need a ticket to the sections listed below to access the designated escalator:
- North: Located in the North Zone for access to the Zone Club, NE Loge, and North Suites
- West: Located inside Entry 3 for access to the All-American Club, Legacy Club, NW Loge, SW Loge and some West Suites (WS201-WS328, LS207-LS320)
Family/Special Needs Restrooms
Family/special needs restrooms can be found in the following locations:

The main First Aid room is located on the lower level of the east side (near Entry 7). First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium:

- West Side: Sec 134, near the lobby on Level 1, near the Ring Bar on Level 4 (between the All-American Club & Legacy Club).
Ford Hall of Champions
Located at Entry 3 on the west side of Kyle Field, the Ford Hall of Champions features exhibits and interactive displays that chronicle the greatest moments and student-athletes of Texas A&M.
Texas A&M staff are available at the gates and throughout Kyle Field to answer any customer service questions. We also have fixed guest services locations at the locations below. If not near a gate, questions can be directed to the nearest usher or event staff member.

While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact an usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.

Lost and Found
During the game, patrons can go to the Guest Service Kiosk located in the Northeast Activation Tower between Sections 122 & 123. As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center. To claim lost items, call the MSC Lost & Found at (979) 845-1515 or go to MSC Suite 2240 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note: Unclaimed items found at Kyle Field are delivered to the MSC on the Monday following the game by 2 p.m.
Lost Children & Guests
If you become separated from a child/relative/friend, contact the nearest stadium personnel for assistance. In case of emergency call the University Police at (979) 845-2345.
Media will call is located at Entry 7 (east side). Media parking should be arranged in advance through the Media Relations Office. Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) in advance for information on obtaining necessary passes.
Merchandise/12TH Man Shop
Fans can purchase Texas A&M merchandise at 12th Man Shop locations throughout the stadium. Texas A&M merchandise can also be found in the Pepsi Fan Zone and 24 hours a day at 12thmanshop.com, which is the only store giving back a portion of all sales to support Texas A&M Athletics.

Pepsi Fan Zone
Located directly north of Kyle Field, the Pepsi Fan Zone is the pregame destination of the 12th Man. Check out interactive games/exhibits, grab a letterman's autograph, enjoy local food trucks and more. The Pepsi Fan Zone opens 3 1/2 hours pre-game.
The press box is located on the east side of the stadium. All media must have a proper credential for entry. Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) in advance for information on obtaining a pass. You can enter the press box through the elevator located at Entry 7.
Photo Work Room
The photo work room can be accessed at Entry 7 (northeast corner) or from the field via the northeast tunnel. For information on photo credentials contact the Media Relations Office at (979) 845-5725.
Game programs can be bought at numerous locations throughout the stadium, near the entries and in the Pepsi Fan Zone.
- Purses, bags & backpacks that do not adhere to the 12-1-1 bag policy.
- Artificial noise makers
- Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one sealed clear plastic bottle of water
- Tobacco products (of any kind)
- Ice chests
- Stadium seats in excess of 16 inches

Ramps are located at the Southeast and Southwest Towers, along with the North end of the stadium.
Re-entry to Kyle Field is prohibited in accordance with SEC rules. There are no pass-outs.
Kyle Field is a single stream recycling facility.
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all levels of all concourses.
Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside Kyle Field.
Solicitation & Distribution of Literature
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from Texas A&M University.
Personal stadium seats are allowed in Kyle Field but cannot be in excess of 16 inches in width.
Stadium Seat Rentals
Stadium seats are available for gameday or season rentals through IMG College Seating. Seat rental kiosks are located throughout the stadium. All ticket booths at the stadium are open on game days at least three hours prior to kickoff.

Fans may bring in 1 clear, unopened plastic water bottle up to 1 gallon in size. There are many fountains inside the stadium to refill bottles, and water is available for purchase in 20 oz ($2) and 1- liter ($4) sizes.
Will Call tickets purchased directly from the 12th Man Foundation Ticket Center can be picked up at any general ticket window at the stadium. Dropped off Will Call is accepted and distributed at designated ticket windows. West Premium will call can be dropped off at the Ticket Windows located near Entry 3. All Ticket Windows are open at least three hours prior to kickoff.
