KYLE FIELD: A-TO-Z GUIDE

12TH MAN SHOP

Fans can purchase Texas A&M merchandise at the 12th Man Shop, located throughout Kyle Field and in the Aggie Fan Zone. The 12th Man Shop is located inside the northwest tower.

The shop will be open on the first two home game days from 11 a.m. until a bit after the end of the game. Regular hours, starting September 14, are Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

ADMISSION

All fans, including infants, must have a ticket for admission. Texas A&M students holding a student ticket must have a valid Texas A&M student I.D. card for admission. Student guests must have a guest sticker affixed to their ticket for admission. Those can be purchased (on gamedays) at all stadium ticket booths.

ANNOUNCEMENTS/PAGES

Announcements and paging will not be made unless in the case of an emergency. If a family member at home needs to reach a fan attending the game please call (979) 845-7529 for more assistance. THIS NUMBER IS FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY.

ATM LOCATIONS

There are several ATMs inside Kyle Field, in the following locations: northwest tower, Entry 3 lobby, southwest tower, 113, 134, All-American Club lobby, 246, 313 and 351.

The nearest ATMs outside of the stadium are located just across the street from the Zone Plaza (north end of stadium) in the Memorial Student Center and in the foyer of the Koldus Building.

BAGS/BACKPACKS

Bags and backpacks are allowed into Kyle Field but fans are discouraged from bringing them. All bags will be searched upon entry into the stadium.

BANNERS/SIGNS/FLAGS

No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into Kyle Field.

CAMERAS

Video and still cameras are allowed inside Kyle Field.

CHAIRBACKS

If you have a problem with your chairback for bench seating, please call the company's A&M hotline at 1-800-501-9592.

CONCESSIONS

Concession stands are located throughout the stadium on all levels of all concourses.

Credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands in the stadium.

ELEVATORS

Elevators are located on all sides of the stadium for fans' convenience.

You do not need a pass to use the elevators at Kyle Field, but as a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium. Restrictions apply, however, to certain elevators:

    West Side
  • - Elevators are located at Entry 2, Entry 3 and Entry 4.
    North Side
  • - Elevators are located at Entry 5 and Entry 6 in the Zone Plaza. Fans need a ticket to sections in the north side of the stadium to be able to access the elevators.
  • - Entry 5 elevator services the Zone Club exclusively. Fans need a ticket to seats in the Zone Club or Zone Suites to be able to access this elevator.
  • - Elevators at Entry 6 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421. Fans need a ticket to one of these sections to be able to access the elevators.
    East Side
  • - Elevators are located at Entry 7 (northeast corner), Entry 8 (east lobby) and Entry 9 (southeast corner). Fans need a ticket to sections listed below to be able to access the elevators.
  • - Entry 7 elevator services the press box.
  • - Elevators at Entry 8 service east-side suites ES101-ES120.
  • - Entry 9 elevator service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421.

ENTRIES

All entries open two hours prior to kick off.

  • Student Entries: Students should use the northeast and southeast towers.
  • Player Guest Entrance (A&M): McFerrin Athletic Center.
  • Player Guest Entrance (visitor): Southeast Tower.
  • High School Coaches: McFerrin Athletic Center.

FAMILY/SPECIAL NEEDS RESTROOMS

Family/special needs restrooms can be found in the following locations:

  • North Side: sections 115, 118, Z2, Z23, 412, 421
  • East Side: sections 121, 126, 129, 235, 333
  • South Side: sections 134, 241, 246, 342
  • West Side: sections 113, AC11, 311

FIRST AID

The main First Aid room is located on the lower level of the east side (near Entry 7). First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium near sections 117, 238, 302, 338, 348 and 421, the All-American Club lobby, and inside the Hall of Champions.

HANDICAP GUEST SERVICES

For all handicap parking, you will need the proper handicap parking identification issued by state motor vehicle departments.

Disabled parking is available for a fee in University Center Garage or lot 50. A shuttle will be provided from lot 50 to Cain Park (north side of Kyle Field) beginning 3 hours prior to kick off and ending 1 hour post game. All Veterans with Disabilities, Congressional Medal of Honor Recipients, Former Prisoners of War, Pearl Harbor Survivors, and Purple Heart Recipients, whose vehicles display the special license plates issued by the Texas Department of Transportation are exempt from the payment of fees in University Center Garage only on the day of home football games. The registered owner must be in the vehicle. Constables will be checking placards.

Paratransit service is available from lot 50 ($15 parking fee), located at the corner of University Drive and Bizzell Street, to Kyle Field (Cain Park) 3 hours before the game time and for 1 1/2 hours after the game.

HELP

While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or, on a campus phone, dial 9-911).

If you have any questions or concerns, contact an usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.

LOST AND FOUND

As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center.

To claim lost items (postgame): Items found at Kyle Field will be found in MSC Suite 2240 Monday after 2 p.m. following home football games. To claim lost items, call the MSC lost & found at 979-845-1515 or go to MSC Suite 2240 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

MEDIA SERVICES

Media will call is located at Entry 7 (east side).

Media parking should be arranged in advance through the Media Relations Office.

Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) well in advance for information on obtaining necessary passes.

MERCHANDISE

PRESS BOX

The press box is located on the east side of the stadium.

All media must have a proper credential for entry. Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) well in advance for information on obtaining a pass.

You can enter the press box through the elevator located at Entry 7.

The photo work room can be accessed at Entry 7 (northeast corner) or from the field via the northeast tunnel.

PROGRAMS

Game programs can be bought at numerous locations throughout the stadium, near the entries and in the Aggie Fan Zone.

RE-ENTRY

Re-entry to Kyle Field is prohibited in accordance with SEC rules. There are no pass-outs.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all levels of all concourses.

RECYCLING

Brazos Valley Recycling is the proud provider of recycling for Kyle Field and Texas A&M Athletics. Make sure you look for the Green can at Kyle Field to recycle all your plastic bottles and plastic cups.

SHUTTLE SERVICES

Texas A&M Transportation Services has complete shuttle bus information and suggested routes here.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not allowed inside Kyle Field, in the restrooms, concourses or ramps. You may smoke only outside the stadium. This policy also includes e-cigarettes.

STADIUM SEATS

Stadium seats cannot be in excess of 16 inches in width.

TAILGATING

Tailgating in Aggieland is a privilege, one that Texas A&M University is pleased to extend to all our fans, former students, visitors, and friends. In many ways, the time spent tailgating can be just as fun and memorable as the game. TICKETS

Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (central).

The ticket office is located in the northwest corner of the Zone Plaza (north end of stadium).

The ticket office is open on gamedays. The Zone Plaza ticket windows are open from 9 a.m. until the end of the game, and the McFerrin Athletic Center ticket booths (near the Southwest Tower) from two hours prior to kickoff until halftime. Ticket booths will also be open at Entry 2 (west side) and Entry 8 (east side).

For games that kickoff at 12 p.m. or earlier, the Zone Plaza ticket windows will open at 8 a.m.

WATER

Fans may bring in 1 plastic bottle of water, no larger than one liter.

WILL CALL

Public drop-off Will Call is located in windows of the Zone Plaza (north side of stadium). Pre-arranged or purchased will call can be picked up in windows of the Zone Plaza.

For 12th Man Foundation donors, Will Call is located at the ticket windows inside the 12th Man Foundation office lobby (Entry 6). Foundation offices will open four hours prior to kickoff.

Gameday ticket operations begin at 9 a.m. for games (8 a.m. for games that begin at 12 p.m. or earlier).
