Kyle Field: A to Z Guide



All fans, including infants, must have a ticket for admission. Texas A&M students holding a student ticket must have a valid Texas A&M student I.D. card for admission. Student guests must have a guest sticker affixed to their ticket for admission. Those can be purchased (on gamedays) at all stadium ticket booths.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is available for purchase in premium areas of the stadium. The possession or consumption of alcohol in the general seating areas of Kyle Field is expressly prohibited by University policy. Stadium personnel and law enforcement agencies will enforce this policy. Valid I.D. is required for purchase. A guest that appears to be 30 years of age or younger must produce a valid form of acceptable identification (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, State Issued I.D. Card with photo, Military I.D. with photo).

There is a 2 alcoholic beverage limit, per person, per identification. Alcohol service will be discontinued at the discretion of management. All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage.


Animals are not permitted in Kyle Field, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. Please be sure to check with the stadium before bringing any service animal to the game. For more information, contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-888-99-AGGIE (1-888-992-4443).


Public Address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through University Police at (979) 845-2345.

ATM Locations

ATMs can be found at Kyle Field in the following locations: Northwest Tower, Northeast Tower, Southeast Tower, Southwest Tower, in the lobby of the Zone Club and in the following sections:

  • North Side: Sec 328
  • West Side: FB13, FB1
  • East Side: Sec 123, 125
  • South Side: Sec 134, 129, 246, 341, 351

The nearest ATMs outside of the stadium are located just across the street in the Memorial Student Center and in the foyer of the Koldus Building.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms, men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the stadium. Family restrooms are located:

  • North Side: Sec 116, 118, ZC2, ZC23, 412, 421
  • East Side: Sec 121, 126, 129, 235, 333
  • South Side: Sec 134, 241, 246, 342
  • West Side: FB13, AC11, 311, 408


Several Southeastern Conference (SEC) members will be implementing this policy this season and more are expected in 2017. A clear bag policy has been adopted by several colleges, the NFL, and venues that host entertainment and professional sporting events. All bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into the stadium. Visit for more info.

Texas A&M Athletics continues to review its policies to enhance public safety and improve efficiencies as it relates to all home athletic venues. Limiting the size and style of bags carried into the venue will aid in maintaining a safe and secure environment to improve the overall gameday experience.


No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into Kyle Field.


Bicycles are not permitted to be locked on to any gates surrounding Kyle Field. Bicycle parking is available at the Memorial Student Center.


Cameras are permitted in Kyle Field for both fans and working news media. All photos taken in Kyle Field must be for editorial or personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of Texas A&M.

Code of Conduct

In the spirit of sportsmanship, Texas A&M and SEC fans shall:

Conduct themselves in a manner that represents Texas A&M, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect.

Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times.

Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning or intimidating language at any time.

Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner.

Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy & respect at all times.

Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning.

Refrain from entering the playing field at any times, including after the game.

Not become inebriated or belligerent.

Be a positive role model for those around them by treating others with courtesy and respect.

Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the stadium or arrested by police. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.

Guests are encouraged to report any issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member.

Concealed Carry

Kyle Field is exempt from recent concealed carry state legislation. Firearms are not allowed at Kyle Field on gameday.


Texas A&M Athletics’ official concessionaire is Levy Restaurants. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium. Credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands in the stadium. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Kyle Field.

Disability Services

The proper disabled parking identification issued by state motor vehicle departments is required to utilize disable parking spaces. The registered owner must be in the vehicle. Constables will be checking identification.

Parking for persons with disabilities is available for a fee in University Center Garage or Lot 50. A shuttle will be provided from Lot 50 to the north side of Kyle Field beginning 3 hours prior to kickoff and ending 1.5 hours post game. Additional disabled parking is available on a space available basis in each of the paid public parking areas.

All Veterans with Disabilities, Congressional Medal of Honor Recipients, Former Prisoners of War, Pearl Harbor Survivors, and Purple Heart Recipients, whose vehicles display the special license plates issued by the Texas Department of Transportation are exempt from the payment of fees in University Center Garage only on the day of home football games.

Paratransit service is available from Lot 50 ($20 parking fee), located at the corner of University Drive and Bizzell Street, to north side of Kyle Field 3 hours before the game time and for 1.5 hours after the game.

Elevators are located around the stadium for fans’ convenience. You do not need a pass to use the elevators at Kyle Field, but as a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium. Restrictions apply, however, to certain elevators:

West Side

    Elevators are located at Entry 2, Entry 3 (restrictions apply) and Entry 4 (restrictions apply).

North Side

    Elevators are located at Entry 5 and Entry 6 in the Zone Plaza.

    Entry 5 elevator services the Zone Club exclusively. Fans need a ticket to seats in the Zone Club or Zone Suites to be able to access this elevator.

    Elevators at Entry 6 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421.

East Side

    Elevators are located at Entry 7 (northeast corner), Entry 8 (east lobby) and Entry 9 (southeast corner). Fans need a ticket to sections listed below to be able to access the elevators.

    Entry 7 elevator services the press box.

    Elevators at Entry 8 service east-side suites ES101-ES120.

    Entry 9 elevator service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421.

There are escalators that provide access from ground level to upper level in the Northwest Tower and the Northeast Tower. There are also escalators in the North Zone for access to the Zone Club and at Entry 3 for access to West club levels.

Family/Special Needs Restrooms

Family/special needs restrooms can be found in the following locations:

  • North Side: Sec 116, 118, ZC2, ZC23, 412, 421
  • East Side: Sec 121, 126, 129, 235, 333
  • South Side: Sec 134, 241, 246, 342

First Aid

The main First Aid room is located on the lower level of the east side (near Entry 7). First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium:

  • North Side: Sec 117, 401, 421
  • East Side: Sec 128, 238, 338
  • South Side: Sec 348
  • West Side: Sec 134, Hall of Champions

As well as, near the lobby of the 200 club level and 400 club level.

Guest Services

Texas A&M staff are available at the gates and throughout Kyle Field to answer any customer service questions. If not near a gate, questions can be directed to the nearest usher or event staff member.

Hall of Champions

Located at Entry 3 on the west side of Kyle Field, the Hall of Champions features exhibits and interactive displays that chronicle the greatest moments and student-athletes of Texas A&M. Open daily Monday-Friday 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., unless the facility is hosting an event. Open on gameday only for games beginning at 2 p.m. or later. Gameday hours are from 10 a.m. to 2.5 hours prior to kickoff.


While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 9-911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact an usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.

Lost and Found

As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center. To claim lost items, call the MSC Lost & Found at (979) 845-1515 or go to MSC Suite 2240 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note: Unclaimed items found at Kyle Field are delivered to the MSC on the Monday following the game by 2 p.m.

Lost Children & Guests

If you become separated from a child/relative/friend, contact the nearest stadium personnel for assistance. In case of emergency call the University Police at (979) 845-2345.

Media Services

Media will call is located at Entry 7 (east side). Media parking should be arranged in advance through the Media Relations Office. Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) in advance for information on obtaining necessary passes.

Merchandise/12TH Man Shop

Fans can purchase Texas A&M merchandise at the 12th Man Shop located in the Northwest Tower in Kyle Field and throughout the stadium. Texas A&M merchandise can also be found in the Aggie Fan Zone and 24 hours a day at, which is the only store giving back a portion of all sales to support Texas A&M Athletics.

Press Box

The press box is located on the east side of the stadium. All media must have a proper credential for entry. Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) in advance for information on obtaining a pass. You can enter the press box through the elevator located at Entry 7.

Photo Work Room

The photo work room can be accessed at Entry 7 (northeast corner) or from the field via the northeast tunnel. For information on photo credentials contact the Media Relations Office at (979) 845-5725.


Game programs can be bought at numerous locations throughout the stadium, near the entries and in the Aggie Fan Zone.

Prohibited Items

Purses, bags & backpacks that do not adhere to the 12-1-1 bag policy.

  • Artificial noise makers
  • Food
  • Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one unopened clear 1-liter plastic bottle of water
  • Firearms
  • Tobacco products (of any kind)
  • Ice chests
  • Umbrellas
  • Strollers
  • Pets
  • Stadium seats in excess of 16 inches
  • Unauthorized banners, signs, or flags


Ramps are located at the Southeast and Southwest Towers, along with the North end of the stadium.


Re-entry to Kyle Field is prohibited in accordance with SEC rules. There are no pass-outs.


Kyle Field is a single stream waste facility.


Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all levels of all concourses.

Shuttle Services

Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside Kyle Field.

Solicitation & Distribution of Literature

Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from Texas A&M University.

Stadium Seats

Personal stadium seats are allowed in Kyle Field but cannot be in excess of 16 inches in width.

Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (central).

All ticket booths at the stadium are open on game days at least two hours prior to kickoff.


Postgame exit routes for vehicles, pedestrians, and bikes are provided at or via the Destination Aggieland mobile app. To download the Destination Aggieland app, go to iTunes or Google Play or visit


Fans may bring in 1 clear, unopened plastic water bottle up to 1 liter in size. There are many fountains inside the stadium to refill bottles.

Will Call

Will Call tickets purchased directly from the 12th Man Foundation Ticket Center can be picked up at any general ticket window at the stadium. Dropped off Will Call is accepted and distributed at designated ticket windows. West Premium will call can be dropped off at the Ticket Windows located near Entry 3. All other will call is only accepted at the north ticket windows designated for will call. All Ticket Windows are open at least 2 hours prior to kickoff.
